A great, inciteful interview / discussion with prof. Butch Ware on how the USA’s legacy of slavery brought us to the ‘Trump Era’ and a duopoly that led us to a sanctioned genocide. Either side you vote for, brings us to the same destructive conclusion. Those who describe themselves as ‘liberals’ in America, have enabled and legitimized the worst in humanity, therefore the ‘liberals’ represent the worst. (North) Americans have voted against their own best interests for decades while supporting an opressive empire. Prof. Ware brings up a strategy of breaking free of duopoloy and ending the Empire for something more in line with justice for all. It may be that the US Green Party can break the duopoly and bring in a thrid party for the good of all.
